COVID-19 UPDATE

To all our loyal customers,

Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, we were unable to re-open our store on Monday 18th May. We had initially hoped to be included in first phase of the Covid-19 restrictions being lifted, but that all changed with the government announcement on Friday evening last, 15th May.
We are as disappointed as you are.

However, we continue to be available for any queries you may have on current or new orders. You can contact us by phone (042) 9335026 or email info@franksfurniture.ie

We are also looking at NEW ways of how to provide you, our customers, with as close to the service you would normally expect from Franks Furniture.

We are currently trialling our new Franks Virtual Shop Service (see below).

Our experienced sales team are available to help you shop in our showroom in new ways and at a time that suits you*

We would be delighted to “walk you through the store”, to offer advice, to help you make decisions and to process your order.

How it works – Contact us by phone (042 9335026) or email info@franksfurniture.ie to set up an appointment with one of sales team

Just give us your name, mobile number, email address and let us know which products are of interest to you. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment for a WhatsApp type video call.

* The Virtual Shop Service will be available from Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5pm, by appointment.

DELIVERY SERVICE UPDATE

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions, and the safety and wellbeing of customers and staff we are temporarily unable to offer the full choice of delivery services we would normally.

At present, unfortunately we can only offer a Contactless Delivery Service to the doorstep of your home or apartment building.

However, please check with sales staff at time of order, as the government restrictions are updated frequently.
